Cheersly ("the App") is a cocktail recipe and ingredient discovery app developed by LALWORLD. This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles your information when you use it on iOS or Android devices.
By downloading or using Cheersly, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.
Cheersly is intended for users aged 18 and older. The App contains content related to alcoholic beverages. By using the App you confirm that you are of legal drinking age in your country or jurisdiction. We do not knowingly allow users under 18 to use the App.

Cheersly offers an optional auto-renewing subscription (Cheersly Premium) processed entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Play Store). We do not collect or store your payment information. All billing is handled by the respective platform and is subject to their terms and privacy policies.
We use RevenueCat to verify and manage subscription status. RevenueCat receives an anonymous app user identifier and details of the purchase — such as the product purchased, purchase date, and renewal status — so that the App knows whether your subscription is active. This information is not linked to your name or contact details.

Data stored by Cheersly on your device (ratings, favourites, ingredient selections) is retained until you delete the App. We have no access to this data and cannot retrieve or delete it on your behalf. Subscription records held by Apple, Google, and RevenueCat are retained as required for billing and tax purposes.
Cheersly is rated for adult users and is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18. If you believe a minor has used the App, please contact us and we will take appropriate steps.
